  • 100 grams egg whites (room temperature; from 3-4 eggs)
  • 50 grams fine white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons butter
