CASSEROLE CHICKEN AND POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. chicken over thighs.
  • 150 gr. diced bacon
  • 1 small sprig of Rosemary and Sage
  • 3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika
  • 300 g peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup white wine/beer

Instructions

    Begin by taking a saucepan and sauté the pancetta, garlic and the herbs. When the bacon starts to colour up, add the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes on both sides. Make sure to salt and pepper and add the paprika and the potatoes. Pour the glass of wine/beer and cover leaving it to cook for about half an hour. Done! Once again you have served the dinner!!
