Ingredients

  • 1/3 tea-cup of olive oil
  • 1½ Kg of cauliflower
  • 1/4 tea-cup of plain vinegar
  • 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 400 gr. of tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of sugar
