  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium red onion finely diced
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • /11 oz cauliflower
  • /11 oz peeled and cubed
  • salt to taste
