maida / APF, a little less than 1 cup powdered sugar, a little less than 1/2 cup cooking oil, a little cold milk [ ( use enough to make the batter of pouring consistency ... I prefer a batter that keeps on flowing when pouring into the baking dish .... and not fall in huge lumps .... (get the idea? ) ], 2 teaspoon baking powder, 5-6 drops of vannila essence, one meduim sized ripe mango pureed ( I used the Begunfuli / Badam variety ... they are quite fleshy ... if using a smaller variety you can use 2 or 3).How to : Mix everything together .... you can use a hand blender too.
It must be delicious as I have seen many bloggers made her cake though I haven’t tried it because I always make Mangocakewith condensed milk just like my eggless chocolate cake and eggless vanilla cake
Garnish with whipped cream and pieces of mangoes. or put into a thick bag & crush with a rolling pin. You can also substitute the Mango puree for any other seasonal or tinned fruit according to your choice
Thanks to the number of queries raised by the members of the group I started a little cautiously, though the basic recipe with egg was from NoobCook, I googled a little more to make sure about the measurements
I had very less time to prepare a surprise him, I do make cake every year but i didn't do enough planning last year I just baked a simple vanilla cake and covered the cakewith kitkat and M &M and tadaaaa you can see there no much effort is needed to make this Kitkat cake but still doesn't it look gorgeous
