can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk ¼ cup milk ⅓ cup chia seeds 3 tbsp chai tea powder 1 apple pear, diced 1 cup vanilla granola 2 cups whipping cream 1 tsp lemon extract 1 tsp lemon zest 1 Stevia packet Instructions Measure out coconut milk and add enough milk to make 2 cups (a few tablespoons). Whisk together the coconut milk, milk, chai tea powder and chia seeds in a large bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. Chill a bowl to whip the cream in the freezer for 10 minutes. Add the whipping cream, lemon extract, zest and stevia packet. Beat on high, mixing until peaks form. Peel and cut the apple pear into small dice. Layer a scoop of granola, then the chia mousse, diced apple pear then whipped cream into each glass dish, repeat. Do this for each, stacking the ingredients. Serve immediately, chilled. 3.2.2925
