Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup potato - 1 (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry leaves -
  • 1 sprig
  • 1 teaspoon dry red chili - 3 - 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
  • 1 tablespoon mustards seeds - 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder / hing - one pinch
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 - 2 minutes
