Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes (1 pound)
  • 11 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 11 tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 12 teaspoons chana masala seasoning
  • 11 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 11 teaspoon mango powder
  • 11 teaspoon Date Paste
  • 11 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 Sea salt, to taste
  • 18 whole grain hamburger buns, split and toasted
