  • 1 pound each
  • 10-12 pieces
  • olive oil
  • 1 lb chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 T garlic
  • 2 T chopped
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 lb fresh figs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 T ginger powder
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3/4 c raisins
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
