  • Ingredients 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder3/4 cup hot water (140°)2 tablespoons olive oil View Recipe Directions In a large bowl, combine the flours, salt and garlic powder. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times. Divide dough into 10 portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 6-in. circle. In a large cast-iron or heavy skillet skillet, cook breads over medium heat until lightly browned, 1 minute on each side. Keep warm.
