Ingredients

  • 1. 1 bag of
  • 1 lb
  • 2. 1/2 lb of shrimp
  • 3. 4 oz of pork belly
  • 3. 1 cup of
  • fried tofu
  • 4. 1 bunch of spinach
  • 5. 1/2 carrot
  • 6. 1/2 onion
  • 7. 5-6 shitake mushroom
  • 8. 2 eggs
  • 9. sesame oil (3 tbsp), soy sauce (1/4 cup), sweet soy sauce (3 tbsp), sugar (2 tsp) , black pepper, mushroom seasoning (1 tsp) -- combine all the sauces and seasoning ingredients in a bowl
