  • 1-1½ lb strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 T powdered sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and stir until smooth.3.Using a piping bag, plastic storage bag with the tip cut off, pipe the cheesecake filling into the strawberries.4.Place the strawberries in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to chill and firm the filling.
