  • 1 packet frozen empanada discs, defrosted
  • 10 slices KRAFT singles, cut into rounds
  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced into half moons
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Canola oil, for frying
