Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño pepper slices, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups grilled thinly sliced chicken
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup yellow cheddar cheese ( I didn’t have)
