Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of salsa
  • 350 degree oven

  • 2 lg chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb of chicken)
  • Seasonings – salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
  • 2 TBSP vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ – ½ cup salsa
  •  
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp basil
  • 1 TBSP chili powder
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
