Ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 sm onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can of peas (leftovers)
  • half a bag of egg noodles, cook al dente
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup of panko crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper
