EggcurryMasala / Kola poori andarasa, it is most famous North Indian recipes. ,The eggcan be substitute with cauliflower, broccoli, panner, mushroom, potato or babypotato, bringal / eggplant etc
Serve with roti/variety rice. Boil the eggs,remove the shell,cut them to halvesand keep aside. Ina wok, heat little oil andadd the onion,gingerpasteandbayleavesand fry them till onion becomes translucent
Add little bit more saltthan you would prefer it to be, because you are yet to addeggs. So I thought of making use of it in this sweet andspicyeggcurry
