Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gluten free flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp agave (or any sweetener)
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp almond milk (if needed to thin out batter a little more)
