Chicago style hot dogs have been a favorite of mine for years. I was first introduced to them by Bill (my better half), going back and forth between his home town of Milwaukee, and my home town of St. Louis, with Chicago in-between.

Drain on kitchen paper Then pan fry the hotdogs in the skilled until warm Take a tortilla and put two to three tablespoons of Sauerkraut on it and top it with the onion Then add some salad like rucola and put the hotdogs on top
Grill hotdogs and buns until heated through and grill marks form, 2 to 3 minutes per side for hotdogs and about 1 minute per side for buns. Place 1 hot dog in each bun. 8 beef hotdogs. 8 hot dog buns, opened
Remove the hot dog from air fryer. Place the hot dog on a bun, add cheese if desired. Place two hotdogs into the air fryer, cook for about 5 minutes. Place dressed hot dog into the air fryer, and cook for an additional 2 minutes
