  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup skim or 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine or basmati rice
