Ingredients

  • 4 large servings
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 2 leeks, washed thoroughly, cut into thin rounds
  • 1 russet potato, cut into half-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • ¼ cup 35% cream
  • ½ cup frozen corn
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, skin removed, cut into 1 or 1½ inch cubes
  • 1 package of Tenderflake Puff Pastry (397g)
  • 1 tbsp of milk or 1 egg, cracked and beaten
