  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (Not garlic salt)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 tsp dried
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tsp organic olive oil
  • 4 (about 1 lb) boneless, skinless half chicken breasts, lightly pounded
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 large shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups halved seedless green or red grapes
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup plum wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian or flat leaf parsley
