  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Cajun or creole seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Kikkoman Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Cajun or creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
