Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 t Salt
  • 250 g Cold Butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Ice-Cold Water
  • 3 TB Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 TB Fresh Garlic, crushed
  • 500 g Chicken Fillets, cubed small
  • 200 g Chorizo Sausage, sliced thinly
  • 1 Red Chili, chopped
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 1 can (410g) Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Lime, zest and juice
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
