  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • chicken pieces (I used tenders)
  • Wondra flour to lightly coat chicken pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion finely diced
  • 1 cup Hatch Green Chile Wine (can use any white wine or chicken broth)
  • 4 Hatch green chiles sliced in long strips
