Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 portions
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 Green
  • 250 g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 g Chicken
  • 3. ) Using the same pan, fry the Chicken chunks until just about done - season lightly with Salt - add half of the Peanut Butter Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
  • 4. ) Add the Green Bell Pepper and the Mushrooms back to the pan with the Chicken together with the remaining Peanut Butter Sauce - simmer a further 5 minutes
