Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of chicken tenders
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dhana jeera powder
  • 2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon grainy mustard sauce
  • 1 egg salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried chives
