3-4 ounces sun-dried tomatoesin oil. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 2 tablespoons oil from sun-dried tomatoes (or olive oil). 1 to 1 ½ pounds fresh shelled sweet peas (you want about 2 cups of peas total, baby frozen peas can be used instead). ½ pound (4 servings) of penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice). 1 pound hot chicken sausage links (casings removed)
While chicken grills, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, peanut butter, coconut milk, sweetener of your coice, and cayenne pepper in small saucepan
Curry leaves – a small handful. Black pepper powder – a pinch. Nutmeg mace – a small piece. Now add the tomatoes and cook till they are mushy and well combined

You can also make this with chicken if shrimp is not your thing. Spicy pan fried shrimp are tossed with spaghetti pasta in a spicy, creamy, garlicky tomatosauce
I have used less water than the amount calls for in the recipe, since I'm using a non-stick saucepan, it actually needs less oil and water for most recipes that I've cooked
In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add the peanut butter, broth, soy sauce, honey, lime juice and zest, garlic, curry, shallot, chili paste and vinegar
