Ingredients

  • 500 grams

  • Ginger garlic paste

  • Coriander Powder

  • Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp

  • 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup

  • 5 ). Season with salt to taste and let it cook. Cover and cook the chicken for 12 to 15
  • minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  • 6 ). Finally, add the pepper powder and stir in well for the final 5 minutes of cooking. Check the salt and spices, continue simmering
  • gently over a low heat until the gravy has thickened a bit. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander & mint leaves.
