Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (can use legs also)
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Hungarian paprika (or paprika of your choice)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup julienned sun dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (can use heavy cream as alternative)
