Ingredients

  • (4 servings)
  • 1 1/2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan or Asiago
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 24 oz jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzerella
  • salt and pepper to taste
