Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Chi Chi Salsa Verde (available at grocery stores)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
  • 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cup finely juilienned jicama
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 dash salt to taste
  • 1 dash pepper to taste
  • 2 large ripe bananas
