Ingredients

  • Ingredients (for 4-6 people)
  • 1 large chicken, cut in portions
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 yellow onion, grated
  • 3-4 carrots, cut in thin strips
  • 2-3 potatoes, roughly cut in pieces
  • 1 leek, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg 3 lemons, the juice
