Vegetable Springrolls are ageless appetizers in my Chinese cuisine closet, my granny loves it, the kids in my family love it - it works in any kind of party
But I don't want to put on the deep-fried carbs if I can't dance to burn them off, so these deliciously crispy, spicy, savory Baked SpringRolls perfectly fit the bill - they get rid of the deep-frying guilt & get on with the lip-smacking taste
Another one is Rice paper SpringRolls, Rice paper sheets dipped in boiling hot water and filled with veggies and served as such with out frying them in a healthy manner

The pastry/wrapper can be used for preparing delicious springrolls, samosa, momos, egg rolls etc. Try at home and prepare homemade snacks and serve to your family
Now add finely chopped green chilli, spring onions to chicken combine well and fry. Remove lid add Coriander-cumin powder mix well and fry till chicken becomes soft and well cooked on medium flame(if needed then add little amount of water)
