Add red pepper, onion, garlic, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper to skillet. Layer between waxed paper in airtight container and freeze for up to 2 weeks
Cook for a minute and then add the mushrooms,. garlicand saute for a minute until fragrant. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken pieces till golden
