Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dried chickpeas or 2 (15 ounce) cans of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 heaping teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 small chili (seeds removed)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoon mango chutney (or any of your choice)
  • 7 minutes Then add tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes have liquified, about
