Chilean Sea Bass Skewers with Lemon And Certified Steaks and Seafood

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chilean sea bass fillet, skinless, bones removed and cut into chunks
  • fresh
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs or panko ( I add minced garlic, around 1 clove,
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley and little Romano grating cheese, around 1 tablespoon.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic powder
  • skewers
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil and some butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fry sea bass in hot oil till golden brown, while hot
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
