Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cups low
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cups
  • 3 small jalapeño chiles
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 medium garlic cloves

  • 3 1/2 pounds blade steak
