Despite it sounded like a weird combination, I especially love to add their peanut sauce (which was meant for steamboat) in my noodle, its nutty fragrance goes surprisingly well with the meat sauce
With SO many recipes online that claim to be the best or better-than-takeout friedrice, I wondered why I should even bother posting another friedrice recipe
Add rice, peas, soya sauce and black pepper, stir well. One of the simplest friedrice you could have cooked, using less spices and minimum ingredients but great taste
Of course, you can flavor it with other things like garlic, caramelized onions, what have you (not for friedrice but general purpose) and if you want a pilaf, I suggest stirring in a bit of chicken or beef base, avoiding adding any watery broth as it is going to overcook the lot by the time it evaporates off

Just saute a few veggies, add a couple of eggs with the cooked rice, and flavor with soy sauce. I've had other friedricewith a bit of cabbage, chopped broccoli, and topped with a few slices of fresh cucumber as well

I like to serve it with Gobi Manchurian or Mushroom Manchurian or other Indo-chinese gravy. I prepared Vegetable FriedRice for lunch along with Mushroom Manchurian for lunch last weekend
