  • 3 TBS low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 TBS sherry cooking wine
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 2 TBS rice wine vinegar TBS low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili paste, or red pepper flakes
  • 1 TBS orange marmalade (optional)
  • 5 TBS water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
