Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, cut any way you like
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup toasted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks of celery, sliced thin
  • green onion for garnish on top
  • Fried Tofu-optional (see post for instructions on how to make)
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
  • 3-5 drops of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar or coconut sugar
