Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground chipotle powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder (3-4 lb), trimmed of fat
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 La Morena Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped (that's 2 peppers from 1 can - NOT 2 cans!!)
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 cornmeal-dusted Kaiser rolls or regular hamburger buns
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) coleslaw mix
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
