  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • Peppermint Buttercream
  • 12 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 Cups confectioner's sugar
  • 3/4 cups Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips (plus more for garnish)
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • 2/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
  • 2-4 Tablespoons warm water
