  • 1 cup almond meal ⅓ cup organic palm sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon Real Salt 4 pastured eggs ¼ cup almond milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Instructions Preheat your oven to 350º F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the almond milk and vanilla extract. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. It will form a thick paste. Divide the batter equally into 12 muffin liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are set. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store the muffins in the refrigerator and toss a couple in your gym bag to eat post-workout. 3.4.3174
