  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 25 g self raising flour, sifted
  • 50 g chopped walnuts

  • Some dark chocolate ganache
  • Your favourite chocolate bar, sliced. I used a Star Bar
