Chocolate Buiscuit Cake

  • 100 gm chocolate biscuit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet Eno


    1. Take any biscuit of your choice. I used a happy biscuit pack of 5.
    2. Grind them in a mixer to a smooth paste.
    3. Take out in a bowl.
    4. Add milk slowly to make a batter.
    5. The batter should not be too thin and too thick.
    6. Pre-heat the cooker or microwave.
    7. Add one packet of Eno. Mix well. Do not overmix.
    8. Transfer it to the greased tin and immediately put it in the preheated cooker.
    9. Cook for 30 - 40 minutes.
    10. Check by inserting a knife or toothpick.
    11. Take it out and let it cool.
    12. Remove from the tin.
    13. Garnish with sliced dry fruits.
