Ingredients

  • 10 Minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes Total Time: 35 minutes Yield: Serves 6 (or 1 if you adore these as much as I do)
  • ⅔ cup of cashew nuts (get yours here)
  • ½ cup of maple syrup or honey (I like this brand)
  • 4 medjool dates (like this)
  • ⅓ cup of cacao/cocoa or carob powder (I use carob to avoid caffeine)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 cups of kale (1 bunch)
