In a small saucepan mix together milk, cream, sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Looking for ideas of what to do with the panettone, i ran accross some comments from a blogger friend Katrin from "Running with the Devill(ed) eggs" where she mentioned a panettone breadpudding
Spoon some of the BourbonSauce over the pudding. Top with the spiced cream. Whisk the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and bourbon together in a large mixing bowl until very smooth
Serve warmwith cold sweet cream. The coconut and dark chocolate reminds me of my favorite childhood candy in Brasil, a lovely candy bar called prestigio, sort of like a mounds bar
Sprinkle on some chocolate shavings for good measure and serve with love. The cherries are optional but I wouldn't have it without that because that simple touch changed this simple pudding to a decadent dessert
Pour warmsauce over warm/re-warmedbreadpudding. It's absolutely amazing when served warmwithwarm caramel sauce, and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top
