  • 1 box of yellow cake mix 1¼ cups water ⅓ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 15 oz can of pumpkin 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon allspice or cloves Pecan Streusal 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup light brown sugar ½ cup softened butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¾ cup chopped pecans ½ dark chocolate chips Instructions Pumpkin Coffee Cake Preheat your oven to 350 F and prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan by lining with foil or using cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the cake and pour into the baking dish. Pecan Streusal In a medium bowl mix together the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and pecans until it resembles wet sand. Sprinkle streusal over the batter and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. 3.4.3177
