Unless, I was sort of forced and this is how it went down with this Chocolate Mint Bundt cake. "But", he said, "I like mint, can't you make something with mint and chocolate like these After Eight chocolates"
Fold in chocolate chips. Generously butter a standard (12-cup) bundt pan, making sure to get in all the nooks and crannies. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the deepest part of the pan comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached
Beat in the chocolate-stout mixture and sour cream. Drizzle over the inverted bundt cake. 12-cup bundt panPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray and dust with cocoa powder, tapping out the excess. Remove from the heat and add 8 ounces of the chocolate, whisking until the chocolate completely melts and the mixture is smooth. Once boiling, remove from the heat and add the remaining 4 ounces chocolate
